This is a great example of not judging a book by its cover. Creative and inviting on the outside, shallow and rambling on the inside. There are zero insights. Once you've read a few times in a row that people basically get out of bed between 5:30 and 6, that they value their sleep, and they do all the trendy things people expect, you've exhausted the substance. Waste of money.

I really enjoyed this book. As a teacher on a stricter schedule, I wasn’t sure if I’d relate to the morning routines of authors, CEOs, etc., but this book showed that everyone’s morning routines will differ and some can look the same, no matter your other circumstances. I definitely came out with a lot of ideas to implement in hopes of having a more productive and meaningful morning.
